If you have a favorite jewelry photo you would like to submit to Kimmeron Jewelry, please read the following message very carefully.
- Each month, Kimmeron Jewelry will select one entry to be the FAVORITE PHOTO OF THE MONTH contest winner.
- Each winning photo will be featured on kimmeron.com and each winner will receive a $100 Gift Certificate that can be used for any merchandise purchases at www.kimmeron.com
- File sizes must be limited to 2 MB or less.
- All photo submissions must adhere to the following terms and conditions:

By completing this photo submission form, I hereby consent to the online publication of the photo I am providing to kimmeron.com as a part of its monthly photo contest.
I also understand the photo I am submitting will not be returned to me and that kimmeron.com or Kimmeron, Inc. (the Company) may, at its own discretion, use the photo in advertisements, marketing campaigns, on the Internet, or any other way it sees fit.
In consideration of the publication of said photograph by kimmeron.com, I hereby release kimmeron.com and/or Kimmeron, Inc. from any claim I may have, or that may accrue to me by virtue of the use of said photograph in accord with this consent.
I understand that kimmeron.com reserves the right to reject any photo or refuse to publish same without cause or explanation to me, and should the photograph be rejected by kimmeron.com, I waive any objection thereof.
