If you are not fully satisfied with your Kimmeron, Inc. online purchase, you may
return the item in new, unused condition for exchange or complete refund (less shipping
charges) within 30 days of the date received. Please email our customer service
department at returns@kimmeron.com to obtain a return authorization number and the
address to where you should send your returns. No exchange or refund will be processed
without a return authorization. For your protection, please send all returns via UPS or
insured parcel post.
Purchases made at one of our retail partners must be returned to
that specific retail partner and may be subject to that partner's returns and exchange
policies.
