Ordering
HOW TO ORDER
We strive to make ordering at KIMMERON as quick and easy as possible.
To purchase any item, start by clicking on a category in the top navigation bar. When
you click on a small product photo, you'll be taken to a product description page where
you'll see a larger photo. On each product description page you will find details and
options for that product. Simply choose the color, size, quantity and other appropriate
information and click the "Add to Cart" button. Add as many items as you'd like to your
shopping cart in this same manner. When you're ready to make your purchase, start from
the shopping cart page and click the "Checkout" button. Follow the steps through
checkout, entering the shipping address and payment information and "Continue" on the
final order review page. It's that easy.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Please make sure to enter your exact billing information (first, and last name, middle
initial, billing address, and credit card number) as it appears on your credit card
statement.
SALES TAX (NEW YORK ONLY)
Kimmeron, Inc. charges sales tax for orders shipped to New York. Recipients of
orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax
laws.
HOW TO FIND PRODUCTS
You can search for items on Kimmeron.com in the following ways:
- By category, listed on the upper toolbar ("Women", "Accessories", "Men",
"Clothing")
- By browsing the Categories which can be found on the drop-down boxes.
- By entering a keyword in the "Search" box found on the upper toolbar (silver,
gold, sapphire, etc). This will take you directly to products that match your
criteria.
PROMOTION CODES
KIMMERON promotion codes are redeemed during the ordering process at step two of
checkout. After you enter your billing address information, you will see a box that
says Discount Code. Simply enter your promotion or source code, and when you are
finished, move on to the next section. Your promotional discount will be factored into
your final order upon checkout and will be reflected in your order summary.

We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service, but please feel
free to call in your order. Call us toll-free at 1-877-kimmeron (877-546-6376), Monday
through Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. e.s.t.
CANCELLATIONS
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various
reasons. Some reasons are:
- Item(s) not available.
- Difficulty in processing your payment information.
- Cannot ship to address provided.
- Duplicate order was placed.
- Cancelled due to a customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your
order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be
billed for any cancelled items.
