KIMMERON welcomes your wholesale inquiry and we look forward to serving the retail requirements of your store.
We have created high quality jewelry since 1995 and now serve over 180 retailers across the US.
Our jewelry is meticulously handcrafted, combining stunning gemstones
in sterling silver, gold and platinum. We use only the finest metals and the quality of our stones is
unsurpassed. Every single design is proudly made in the USA.
NEW CUSTOMERS
If you are a new customer interested in carrying our jewelry,
fax us a completed Business Account Application.
We require a copy of your valid tax ID, or
resale license prior to processing any orders.
We will contact you once your store is approved and your account created
(usually within 24 hours).
You may place your order using your Purchase Order, or by using our
KIMMERON Order Form.

MINIMUM ORDERS
For first time orders, the minimum order is $500.
After the first order, the minimum order is $200 per order.
There are no quantity minumums per style.
PAYMENT
New customers are asked for pre-payment of their order. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express
credit cards. You may also mail a check directly to our offices.
Once you become an established customer, you may apply for terms.

DELIVERY
Standard delivery time is two weeks upon receipt of your order.
Items not in stock are automatically placed on backorder.
Backorders are shipped within four weeks with no shipping charge.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via Federal Express (2-3 day) or UPS within the United States.
If you have an existing Federal Express or UPS account, we would be happy to bill shipping cost
directly to your account.
RETURN POLICY
Upon receipt of your order, you have five days to return any item you are not completely satisfied
with for exchange or credit. Prior to making any returns please call 212-785-5507 for a return authorization number.
